Purchasing a firearm at Bad Moon Armory is fast, secure, and federally compliant. It’s not mail-order to your doorstep; it’s a seamless, three-step process designed to follow the law while getting your new firearm into your hands efficiently.

Select Your Weapon: Browse our inventory and find the rifle, shotgun, or pistol that meets your mission requirements.
Designate Your FFL: You must choose a licensed Federal Firearm License (FFL) dealer near you. We will verify and ship the firearm directly to this FFL. You must provide us with their contact information during checkout.
The Final Transfer: Once the FFL dealer receives your firearm and has added the firearm to their bound book (as required by law), you should get a phone call or email from the destination FFL, where you will complete the mandatory ATF Form 4473, and undergo the federal NICS Background Check. Once approved, the FFL legally transfers the firearm to you.

This is the only way to legally complete an interstate firearm purchase. Compliance is non-negotiable.
